I like it !! Great Ideas
but more sanding and less website

How strange to build a plane in one's garage. Witnessing the marvel you are creating via this website helped the "Aha" light go on and now I understand it better.
Thanks!!

What better to do while you're baby-sitting a new puppy that wants to play at 5am than read Dennis's web site...

This is going to be one impressive airplane, Dennis. Lots of excellent improvements and, judging from the pictures, high quality workmanship. I particularly like your wider fuselage idea. Not a "box" person, are you!

Keep up the good work, and eventually, enjoy the fruits of your labor.

John

Dennis,

You are a true artist and inspiration. Your line about, "turning 70 and..." has inspired me to get going. It seems you are enjoying the build - I can't wait to get going myself. When's the next update?

Great Site, do you have more info and interior pics from image 14 of 49 on your "Cool Canards" page?

Did you sell your first set of plans?

Thanks! They are very versatile, these Cozy's, and if you are going to pick one plane to build for traveling, this one offers room and speed. I would say GREAT Choice!...and glad to help you make the decision. =)

Hello, excellent project you have here. I was curious about your wings, I have a Cozy in the works as well with similar goals. Can you give me more information on how to contact Dennis?

Thanks! Blue skies ahead!

Hey Dennis, want to see more progress. Looks like a stall even though the Cozy is a stall-free aircraft. Lots invested for just hangar clutter. Sell that motorcycle. LOL

Dennis, I have N8JE (Lez) built in 1984 by a guy in Bakersfield. It flew for 48 hours for me and then broke a rod. It has retractable main gear. They got broken in the crash landing in 1994. It had won races, but the engine was trash. I just about have it ready again to fly with new gear, 3 blade Whirlwind prop, TIO-0-320-B1A zero SMOH, Dynon Skyview, ADSB functional. We chatted on Canard Aviation a number of years ago.
U have progressed really well. How far now from flight?

Dennis, I just checked your site today. You influenced me to go for a bigger canard. I'm having Burrall build a Velocity XLG-5. It has a similar engine (TIO-540) to your Cozy. I'm hopeful it will be ready by the end of 2020. My Long-Eze will be ready next month!
